Testimonials
We are very happy with the team at O’Connell & Clarke Solicitors. They have extensive knowledge and experience and share this in an easy to understand manner that is both courteous and kind. Their commitment and drive gave us confidence, we placed our trust in them and they did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to use them in the future and to recommend them to anyone experiencing difficulties with planning and environmental matters.
O’Connell & Clarke have represented Friends of the Irish Environment from their formation across a range of environmental litigation successfully undertaken in the public interest. The counsel they have obtained for us has unfailing been of the highest quality and their conduct of our cases has been impeccable.
It is particularly important to us to be able to rely on our legal representation as our offices are in West Cork and O’Connell & Clarke ensure the frequent appearances required in the High Court in Dublin for our often lengthy cases are reliably addressed. We would have no hesitation in recommending the firm to anyone requiring environmental or planning assistance.
When the family business first approached O’ Connell & Clarke about ten years ago we had very little legal experience. The decision to use O’Connell & Clarke was one of the best decisions we made. The legal challenges were property related –boundary and right of way claims. We were given constantly solid advice. Any questions were answered in terms that we, as non-legal people could understand and work on. If we were operating on unsound ground, we were clearly told so. Through the firm we were introduced to consultant experts, who compiled the reports that won our case. When we were under the greatest pressure in court it was solid comfort that anything that could be done had been, and that we were in competent hands.
The service we received from O’ Connell & Clarke was of the highest quality.
