Orla is a graduate of the University of Wales and has over 10 years’ experience in planning and environmental litigation. Orla has a particular interest in the area of nuisance and trespass actions. Orla has representedcommunity groups and individuals in relation to issues concerning noise, odour, dust and negative impacts of industrial processes. Over the years Orla has successfully acted incase against waste operators and factories in relation to nuisance has successfully litigated toxic tort cases. Orla also works in the area of judicial review and planning enforcement. She is a member of the Irish Environmental Law Association.
